¢ò.This device adopts isolation piston automatic propelling balance iar.It can automatcally balance the pressure of sealed liquid in sealed cavity and add liquid.
¢ó.This device is applicable lo the stillages in which the pressure is positive.A balance jar must be equipped when the working pressure is more than 0.8mpa.Itcan also be used when the pressure in stillage is negative.But a one-way valve must be installed in the outlet D of sealed liquid in balance jar in the situation of negative Pressure.The valve can automatically close in the situation of negative pressure in order to prevent sealed liquid from returning to the jar.
¢ô.Working Principle:
1.The piston bottom in balance jar is propelled from A to B.The sealed liquid in balance jar is propelled into seal cavity from liquid outlet D to mechanical seal E by the piston Then the pressure of sealed liquid is equal o he pressure in stillage and it can effecl well.
2.Sealed liquid should be gradually exhausted,but sealed liquid can be constantly added through piston action,the sealed liquid in seal cavity is always full.The piston will automatically rise with the reduction of sealed liquid.Generally speaking,the piston should be manually pressed lo the bottom in non-pressure in stillage when the piston pole rises up to 2/3 and add sealed liquid through oil-pouring screw boll C.At the same time screw off the exhaust screw bolt,then screw on the two screw bolts after adding liquid.
3.Liquid-adding can be manually done.Itcan also be done through electric and manual pumps while installing a set of liquid-addings system in the liquid-addings screw bolt in balance jar.Liquid-adding can be done during working through electric and manual pumps,So it can gura Tee that the machanical seal is absolutely in effect.
¢õ.After installaton,check carefully all the system in order to aviod Leakage of air or oil while trial run.Appropriately loosen the liquid oulel D when the pressure m stillage is over 0.3mpa,look carefully and make sure that the piston pole rises or not.If not,it indicates that the piston is exclusively tight or blocked make it rise by prizing the piston pole screw bolt with a tool.
¢ö.Remember to exhaust air through the mechanical seal exhaust screw bolt.
¢÷.It should be operated for 24 hours with water before starting production after the mechanical seal is installed. | |
