¢ò.The device is often equipped and used in negative pressure.It is also used in positive pressure.The high-position groove can be close to air in negative pressure,In positive pressure it should be open to air.Adjusting the pressure and make sure that the pressure in high-position groove and sealed cavity is equal to or more than the 0.05-0.1MPa pressure in stiuage.
¢ó.Often checking the position of liquid seaded in visible mirror in high-position groove and adding it in time while operation.
¢ô.The high-position groove is generally 0.6-1 meter taller than mechanical seal top.
¢õ.Air should be exhausted from mechanical seal.
¢ö.After the mechanical seal is installed it should be operated for 24 hours with water before production. |
